Aimco’s high rate thickeners and paste thickeners are an advanced product derived from our extensive experience in solid/liquid separation applications, such as mining, chemical and more, coupled with our technical research to continuously improve and optimize sedimentation process in mineral pants. A deep understanding of both the process and the downstream filtration requirements and performances are necessary to precisely define the system.

The bench or pilot scale testing can be conducted either on site or in labs and performance warrant are given only with test results. Test results data and experience are used to size the appropriate thickener to satisfy the processrequirements for each application.

Shop fabrication of structural members is in accordance with the latest edition of the China Standard. Bolted tank designs dramatically reduce installation time. Mechanical and process commissioning is performed by Aimco trained engineers.

The AIMCO® Paste Thickener is designed to produce maximum water recovery, maximum underflow density, and highest yields possible in a thickener. Accomplishing this requires an extra heavy-duty drive that powers through the bed, raking to the discharge without the use of a rake lift.
