試驗及選型

可(kě)提供現場(chǎng)或實驗室的靜态或動态試驗。工藝保證隻有(yǒu)在試驗結果具有(yǒu)試驗數(shù)據的情況下提供。結果數(shù)據和(hé)經驗用于對設備進行(xíng)科學的選型，以滿足每個(gè)工業應用的工藝要求。

The bench or pilot scale testing can be conducted either on site or in labs and performance warrant are given only with test results. Test results data and experience are used to size the appropriate thickener to satisfy the processrequirements for each application.

分析和(hé)設計(jì)

FEA 和(hé) CFD 分析與模拟确保濃縮機的機械和(hé)工藝設計(jì)，提供高(gāo)性能、安全、經濟高(gāo)效的解決方案，特别滿足每個(gè)用戶的需求。

FEA and CFD analysis and simulation ensure the mechanical and process design, provide high performance, safe and cost-effective solution, specific to each customer’s needs.

結構件的工廠制(zhì)造符合最新版中國國家(jiā)标準。螺栓罐體(tǐ)設計(jì)可(kě)顯著縮短(duǎn)安裝時(shí)間(jiān)。機械和(hé)工藝調試由 Aimco 資深工程師(shī)指導。

Shop fabrication of structural members is in accordance with the latest edition of the China Standard. Bolted tank designs dramatically reduce installation time. Mechanical and process commissioning is performed by Aimco trained engineers.
